The representative told me to call the morning before I checked in to inform them of my flight arrival time. I did as he said and the representative I spoke with that day said they had no shuttles available. "This property claimed they had no rooms even after two confirmations from Expedia. The Room was hot, AC Broken, Toilet Seat Broken. Terrible place overall. Music from Club pounding all night against the walls. Staff doesn't care at all about Customer Service Either. Horrible establishment."
