"The property is beautiful and clean. Staff was great. They keep you entertained and food was available all day. The only thing that turn me off was the fact that they charged me because my mom got sick in the bed from the food they served. This would not have happened in the United States. "I liked it because it’s nature around the property. The snacks bar close to the pools are excellent if you don’t like to walk much specially in the hot weather! The food is very good, but the only complaint I could make is to keep the fruit and dessert more cooler in hot season. needs to improve more in cleaning, specially the shower rooms. Water sports too expensive. Very good customer services. "

"Hotel building/rooms definitely needs some renovation. Not that they are bad, just not new. Rooms are pretty small as well, but thats what you can check in room description so pretty much expected. Everything else is on very high level especially service and amenities. Animation can be improved in terms how active animators are in involving patrons, but list of activities is pretty extensive. Evening shows are of good quality as well. Overall its very good hotel for families with kids"
