Temizlik berbattı.Çarşaf yastık ve yorganlarda inanılmaz kötü bir koku vardı. Hiçbir hizmet tam değildi. WiFi yoktu televizyon kanalları çekiyordu. Televizyonun kumandası bile yoktu.Çok fazla otel tecrübemiz olmasına rağmen gittiğim en berbat oteli. Alınan paraya karşı verilen hizmet o kadar aşağı kaldı ki anlatamam. Fiyat performans yerde değil yerin dibindeydi resmen....

"Ailem ile birlikte bir günlüğüne Akçakocaya gitmem gerekti.Hotels .com aracığıyla bu pansiyonu buldum.Şehre varıp pansiyonu aradık Bu işinde pansiyon yoktu.Esnaflara sorup sağ olsun ilgilendiler.Bir esnaf telefonla pansiyonun sahibini aradı.Tel .kişi çaktırmadan yer yok dedi.Beni bir başkasına yönlendirmiş.Adam geldi bizi Kızılay'ın apartman evine götürdü.Ev pislikten görünüyor.Tuvaleti duşu kendimiz temizledik.Kısacası mecbur kaldık orada kalmaya .Umarım bir daha kimseyi kandırmalarına izin...

"The property was advertised as having a kitchen. There were no pots, dishes, utensils and no hot pot. Couldn’t even boil water. The stove was gas and there was no way to light it. There were no towels in the bathroom. When we went to the desk we had to search for assistance and then we only got 2 towels for the 4 of us. Bed was clean and otherwise safe, it was convenient to the beach front so we could walk to restaurants. There was street parking as long as you arrived early. The street was busy and the cars were loud but it settled down by night. The TV turned on but the only thing that worked was YouTube. "
