"The property was advertised as having a kitchen. There were no pots, dishes, utensils and no hot pot. Couldn’t even boil water. The stove was gas and there was no way to light it. There were no towels in the bathroom. When we went to the desk we had to search for assistance and then we only got 2 towels for the 4 of us. "Zafer is very friendly and made it easy for us to get into the apartment. The space is basic but clean. The value for money is excellent. The Internet connection is a little slow at times, but not a problem for everyday needs. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown."
