You access the hotel from the ground level to the third floor then a different elevator to access the rooms. Breakfast was AMAZING and each item was labeled with the name of the food and any allergy information if needed. A welcome drink was a great way to start our stay here. Would have stayed MORE nights if we did not have an itinerary already set. Thank you hotel staff for making our visit to Hokkaido a great trip!"

"This is a great slope-side location. The hotel gives a 90's retro vibe. It's comfortable and as a single travel I felt very secure and taken care of. The room was large. The hallway was quiet and the mattresses and pillows soft (which isn't always the case in Japan.) It's a little isolated from the outside town, so when the restaurants on the top floor close later in the season, I felt the lack of dining options. The bakery is fantastic and so is the Ningle Terrace. "
