"Very lovely hotel, staff was friendly, and the location is close to many wonderful shopping areas and food selection. Only down was the room was sooo hot even with the windows open we were sweating. The best feature in the room was the ceiling fan which is the only added feature so we could at least sleep comfortably "

"Hotel Oriental Express Fukuoka Tenjin is a 3-minute walk from Tenjin Station, so the location is really convenient and good. "Excellent location. Very clean, well maintained, modern hotel with amenities such as self service laundromat, microwave, ice machine and vending machines. No parking on site but public parking is just across the back of hotel. All in all we will stay again at next visit to fukuoka"

"The hotel connects directly into Hakata station, and so moving around using the public transport systems was so easy! There are also many restaurants that are easily accessible. The room itself was very clean, with the basic amenities provided. It’s a solid 3.5-4 out of 5 star hotel."
