Despite having to climb about 50 steps the unit was nice..a bit odd but generally nice. Until the next morning when we had no hot water and we needed ice cold showers. I later located an old tiny water heater that had been shut off. I informed the host who originally apologized then told us in no uncertain terms to never use hot water and...
