"Such a lovely oasis of calm on the outskirts of Marrakech! We loved our (2 bed) apartment, the wonderful staff & the beautiful gardens. Great memories were made in the pool & table tennis. The only tiny negative is that It would be great if the hotel could recommend local taxi drivers to get to nearby attractions (we walked into the village to make connections), otherwise taxis would become quite costly!"

"Everyone at this hotel was incredibly kind and hospitable. From the moment I walked in the front desk staff made sure I felt welcomed and right at home which is exactly what I needed. My room was beautiful and clean with all the amenities I needed. The restaurant had minimal offerings but every dish was delicious. Both morning and evening staff in the restaurant was attentive and helpful in helping me decide what I should eat. The gym was perfect even though the machines were a bit outdated...

"We stayed at this hotel two nights as part of a 15 day trip. This was by far the worst accommodation. The room was not clean (hair on the blanket), no shower or bathroom curtains, poor breakfast (didn't care too eat the second day), unprofessional management, the room key didn’t work from inside to lock the door... This guesthouse has unwritten rules and you are at the mercy of a mean manager. "

"The first night was a nightmare since there was nobody in the hotel to receive us. After two trips of 18 kilometers (one way) from Marrakech to the hotel, we finally gave up and booked ourselves for the night in Marrakech. Two expensive telephone calls to Expedia offices in the USA did not help because they could not reach the hotel staff on telephone.
