"Just what we needed with lots of space very clean and comfortable"

"We stayed here with our 3 dogs between Christmas and New Years. It is in a gorgeous neighborhood of sprawling estate homes. This property had tons of room to spread out. The yard is HIGE and completely fenced in. The rooms are decorated with the photography work of the owner and other interesting pieces. Plenty to do on site and not too far from the city. Lisa was great and even let our dogs out to potty so we could relax traveling into the city for a show and dinner. We would love to...

"This home was just what our group of 16 needed to find rest, reconvene from the day’s activities, and prepare for all the next day’s activities. The town of Monroe was a great place to stay as it was centrally located for all the places we visited. "

"We absolutely loved this lake house. We were in town for a wedding and this house was exactly what we needed. Not too far away from a grocery store and restaurants, plenty of space for our family. Large bathroom was great for our family to get ready in. Would love to come back in the summer!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Contemporary Cozy Cottage! Very modern amenities and appliances, and the kitchen had everything we needed!! Nadia always responded promptly, and answered all of my questions. The Cottage is located close to just about everything in the Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor, and Yorktown Heights area. And I would definitely recommend a short drive to the charming little town of Cold Spring which is not too far away. Thank you Nadia!"

"This multi-level house is literally right next to the water. It feels like you are hovering over the water. There are incredible views from every floor and lots of outdoor seating to enjoy every angle. Seven of us stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute of it. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the long deck provides access for fishing, a boat rental, and space just to lounge. Jeany was extremely helpful and very responsive. "Found the property without issues, but parking was challenging. The parking in front was open, but stairs were dark and railing was sketchy. The tenant attached to property was polite, but could never seem to have his vehicle parked in a manner that would allow us to park in the back reserved spot. The tenant also had the living room remote control which made us wonder if he had access to the property. The actual house is old - which is not bad. We could tell it had many upgrades, but the walls...
