"Lovely property and very spacious. Comfortable beds . The only two issues were I asked that the heating be on before we arrived ( but it was not ) so the place took a couple of hours to warm up and the apartment was locked ( check in said it would be unlocked ) so we had to wait for 15 minutes until someone came with a key. However, The Queen Suite is really nice and we would definitely stay again "

"The hot was was simply warm - not hot at all. Every day we were there, from 5am there was a constant stream of bin lorries collecting glass ehich made it impossible to sleep from that time. The beds are listed as double however they are definitely not, my wife had to sleep with my son for fear of being elbowed out in the middle of the night. They also require a damage deposit that requires you to pay via a 3rd party website, which hotels.com advises you not to do under any circumstance. Would stay again."

"Saw a lot of negative reviews after I'd booked bit before I stayed. Was pretty nervous. Have to say though I was very happy with the place. I stayed in apartment 37, and though there was definitely a smell in the bathroom, dodgy drains etc, fixed this problem pretty much by giving the toilet a good bleaching. The freezer was heavily frozen over, I'm guessing it wasn't closing properly. Beyond those issues though I would recommend this place, views are pretty unbeatable in Liverpool, I loved...

"The property is very accurate in the description given. The location is right next to shopping and restaurant areas. Walk to the promenade/ beach. Nice little extras provided eg fruit, milk, biscuits. Also paper towel and cooking spray Our coffee machine had a cracked water resevoir which was a shame as it was a bonus to have a coffee machine but we couldnt use it. There is a small hot plate range, microwave , toaster and jug as well as plates, cooking pots etc. A good size Aldi is short walking...

"Hotel doesent give deposit back . Hotel was not very clean had blood marks rtc on bed sheets. Some of the walls had door marks in them and the door handles were very loose ready to fall off . The wooden panels underneath the dishwashers were extremely loose etc. we felt very unwelcomed due to all of this as all of this damage was already here before we enterd the property signifying that they may be trying to set us up not to get our deposit back (in which we didn’t receive back )"
