"We chose this for our ski trip and could not be happier. The map does not do this hotel justice. Its less than 5 mins away from the city center (walking) and the shuttle bus (free) goes every 5 minutes which made it so easy and convenient. It was also nice to not stay in the city center with the constant noice but instead very close. "We stayed here for one short night before taking the train back to Lille. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the Bourg-Saint-Maurice train station - uphill on the way to the hotel! "The hotel was wonderful. The nicest skiing hotel I’ve ever stayed at - the restaurant was superb in the evenings and the bar is great fun with a great view of the slopes. The gym and sauna are excellent too and barely used. The room I stayed in was small but well designed, as you expect for a ski hotel where the rooms are rarely big. The wood panelling was charming and it perfectly balanced the charm of being in the alps with being a luxury hotel. "
