"The hotel is in a great location and the car park is close by. The lady on the desk when we checked in we think was the owner. She was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was a typical German wooden panelled room which was delightful the staff made us feel welcome and the breakfast was excellent. "

The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. The rooms are sizable, but don't have central air - so your relying on the wonderful air from outside to freshen things or cool the room (in the summer that can be tough). The bathrooms could use some re-design, but what they lack in beauty they make up for in function."
