Nice modern hotel. Dining room and breakfast buffet were excellent. Rooms were functional and clean. Bathroom was very small and could benefit from a shower door and fan. The underground public parking garage smelled of urine.

Great location for access to transportation. About a 15 minute walk to Altstadt area of Koblenz. Comfortable beds, small but nice bathrooms. Helpful staff, all spoke English.

I enjoyed my stay at Ghotel! It is walking distance from the train station. There are a few dining options nearby but most of them are closer to the center which is about 18 minutes walk. There are buses right on front that connect the city. Strongly recommend!

Spent a very pleasant few days in this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was quiet despite being centrally located.

This was a great hotel to stay at that was centrally located near shopping, restaurants, and the main train station. We plan on staying here again on our next visit. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was outstanding. We highly recommend you try them out for a stay.

Great hotel very close to train station. Car parking right under the hotel which is part of the parking area for the rail station. Elevator direct to the hotel. Carpark can be hard to find, but once you know where it is, it is very easy. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

The front desk attendant was so helpful and friendly. Check in was prompt and efficient. Room was clean, bed was too firm and pillow nonexistent. Bathroom was clean and not too small. Air in room didn't work so great, a little hot and uncomfortable at night. Great location, decent breakfast and late night driks were good.

Enviroment friendly, no room cleaned..
Honestly has become really annoying that you have to ask for cleaning the roomevery time. Otherwise even bed is not done. I’m fully respecting environment since long time but this sounds more in the direction to a cost saving of cleaning employee. On top of that I waited one morning 10 minutes before someone was coming to me, so breakfast takes long as you have to ask for coffee. Superior room with old lcd 1366x768, I had it 20 years ago..

The hotel services a guest room (towels, sheets, trash) only on request the night before. Fully disclosed, eco friendly. Fine. But they failed to actually do it upon request twice, and did only half of it - skipped the sheets -- the third time. Finally did it right the fourth time.

Pros: It has been renovated recently so the room and bathroom are clean and new. The bathroom is a shower stall which we like. We chose this hotel because it is very close to the train station and it looks clean. It is also very quiet even thought bus station is just outside. Cons: The ventilation unit is very noisy (you don't hear the noise from the street, but you hear the AC unit running all night long) and AC isn't very cool. No refrigerator nor coffee pot in the room
