We loved the wood fired sauna and stove. Beds were comfy. There were a fair amount of annoying big flies which was unexpected in January with subzero temps. Overall a great stay with everything we needed"

"In one beautiful fall October weekend, we saw incredible sunsets over Lake Superior, a double rainbow, and the Northern Lights. The home was so comfortable and the check in and check out processes were well communicated. We made some amazing family memories. Highly recommend."

"Location on white sand beach was superb. Best time I’ve ever had in the Keweenaw. Campfires on beach every night. Plenty of wood and tinder. Lighting in house isn’t good for reading. Lights over sink and table were hard to turn on. Appliances could have been cleaned better. Overall house condition average at best"

"The property is very nice, well located. It was raining when we arrived and there was no sidewalk to the front door, so it was a little muddy. Best to come in the back door where there is a sidewalk, but the keys don't open the back door, so you have to walk through the house. The only real issue is the upstairs shower. The bottom of the tub is not flat and the mat does not help, it just gets squished into the middle. The downstairs shower is fine. We all had a good time."

"Clean and tidy! We enjoyed our stay. There’s about eight cottages with a driveway for each one. They were easy to find using our GPS. "

"The cottage had everything we needed. Location was blase'. Parking was excellent. The cottage was not sparkling clean but was ok. It could use some paint and a thorough cleaning. We had a great time and the central location made it easy to get to all the things we wanted to see."
