"Could not check into the hotel, apparently it has been sold to a new owner and is under renovation, currently closed. I had to check in a different hotel in the area which I paid for full price. I’d like to get a refund on this."

"I booked this stay last minute, and the location was accommodating, even helping me arrange a taxi to the airport, which I greatly appreciated. As a traveler, I always look forward to enjoying the amenities to get the most value for my money. "Really great spot. I'd recommend highly. Off a street with a lot of restaurants and city action but quiet. The staff was very polite and welcoming and the room is great. Has a European feel with the pool and pool bar. Would definitely stay here again if wanting to stay in this side of town"
