"We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and the staff were very freindly at this hotel from the moment we arrived. The one day they even washed and ironed some clothes which was a surprise to us. The hotel rooms were spacious and very nice and the wifi also worked well. The pool area was quite small and the sun doesn't really get to it but that isn't a bad thing in the Abidjan heat. I would consider staying here again if visiting Abidjan again."

Pour commencer, cette residence, tres calme, nest pas loin de plusieurs restaurants mais aussi supermarchés, ce qui est super pratique. "Please don’t book this hotel! Inspite of having a confirmation # and my card was charged this booking did not exist when I arrived. The phone # shown is incorrect. I had to provide the correct # to Hotels.com agent so he could call and sort it out. This hotel is not affiliated with Hotels.com and the hotel informed me that they only take reservations over the phone directly with the customer. "A terrible terrible experience. I flew in for business with my debit card and small amount of cash. Each of their card machines did not work. Then one receptionist told me the manager was coming to sort this out: then after one full hour of wasting my time with faulty card machines, another receptionist told me that I had to go away, find cash and pay and they would not allow me to stay without me paying in cash first.
