"My huband, myself and 2 sons (ages 18 and 20) staryed at Villa Ensueno for 3 nights. The house, pool and outdoor area are great! Very clean and well-maintained. We didnt have a chance to use the outdpor kitchen, but it looks lovely! There is also a well-equipped bonus bathroom in the pool area. It was perfect for our family's needs. "My partner and I booked this property however when we arrived at 7pm, there was a large gate blocking the entrance and no one was there. We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. It took us until 945 pm before we were able to get a far from desirable accommodations. We were preparing to sleep in our car by that time. We have yet to receive a refund or response. There...
