It’s close enough to Arenal that you can get to places like Mistico in 30 minutes but far enough away that you can actually take in the spectacular view of the volcano from all over the city. Loves our stay here. "

"This place was just wonderful. The hot springs are beautiful, the rooms lovely and so clean, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was delicious, and the tour guide, Neny, was just wonderful. She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the animals we saw. She really enhanced our visit. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is a paradise!!"

"BAUMA was an excellent stay. The check-in was smooth and we were in easy contact with the virtual concierge in addition to the staff at the property. While there was an option for us to leave our bags with the on-site laundry room and staff before our check-in, the room was actually available earlier and we got to check in after confirming with the virtual team easily. The loft had thoughtful design and the hot tub was pre-heated upon arrival. The views from the balcony of the Arenal volcano were excellent, and highly recommend going up at dusk when you can hear the frogs in the distance and see some fireflies in the surrounding forest. Having the on-site parking made it super easy, and it's a short and safe walk into the nearby town for some great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here! "

"We had the best time staying at Noahs Forest. The staff were very freindly and helpful and always took the time to check on you. We loved the facilities especially the pool and ping pong tables, as well as the jacuzzi in the room. Everything was very clean and the best possible standard. Thank you for finding the sloths everyday, we'd never of managed without the helpfully positioned telescope and map! Special shout out to anna for organising the frog tour and always smiling with the best energy. Muchas Gracias! "

"Ti-fakara hotel was fantastic. The service at the hotel was outstanding. Our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night and a repair man was sent immediately to fix it! Breakfast was wonderful with hot options, fresh fruit and juice, and buffet style continental options. Dinner at Bosque was the best meal we had in La Fortuna. The hotel is near the falls an oOn a clear day you can see Arenal from the restaurant and pool area. The only downfall was that the rooms are quite small. If you need space, I would recommend booking a room with two queens even if you dont need both beds. Overall we had a great stay!!"

"We only stayed one night. Check-in was simple and easy, The staff were all very friendly. The property is gorgeous and unique. Weather was really rainy and wet, so we didn't get to explore too much around the outside of the property. Our room was exactly as described and quiet, however, the walls are somewhat thin and you can hear other guests but not in a horrible way. It's more like a comfortable home rather than a hotel. The dining room was lovely, dinner was nice and the included breakfast was delicious. Delicious! It's a really neat area and we left the next morning to go straight to the volcano so everything was convenient and scenic."
