"Hotel staff is very welcoming especially Jairam who went out of his to help us with our stay and make us feel at home. Staff in general is very courteous and very friendly and room service is also excellent. Rooms are very nicely maintained. "

"Fantastic hotel, short walk to downtown. Located by the river, with a beautiful view. Property in pristine conditions, combine comfort with wonderful pieces of antiques. The staff was very helpful, and really showed how welcoming we were. We will certainly come back."

"This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We arrived early after a red eye from Miami and they checked us in at 8:30 in the morning. It only go better from there. the location is perfect and right next to a main Metro station that can get you anywhere in Lisbon in 20 minutes or less. the room are superb and cleaned daily, including towels and face clothes not available in every Portuguese hotel. "We found it really great price and quality for a 2 star hotel. Clean, staff speaks English well and is very helpful, it was quiet and beds were very comfortable. 24 hours restaurant on site is a huge plus, even though portions were quite small and pricey, but it was delicious. Very comfortable location for the bus station. Will be back again."

"Fizemos early check in sem problemas. Chegamos mais cedo e já tinham o quarto pronto e deixaram-nos entrar. Perto da praia, muito sossegado. Apanhamos um fim de semana de sol e bom para usufruir do melhor de Tróia. A praia e as caminhadas pela areia que sabem sempre bem em pleno Novembro. "When we arrived the place was clean and organized. It is located in a very quiet place. It is a good place to take a break from the city. It has good access to the beach and the villages in the neighbourhood I had all the essentials for a short break. Overall a very cosy place."
