"Vieques Puerto Rico is BEAUTIFUL and I am so happy we stayed at El Blok. It was our first time visiting the island, so the advice and help the staff gave was very appreciated. Everyone on the island are laid back and ready to help as well. The location across from the beach is a short walk to Sun Bay Beach! Gorgeous! There's a restaurant conveniently placed at El Blok-the food was really good and other places nearby to eat. Across the street and in the area there are UTV rentals, making it easier to get around to explore the island. I had better cell service in Vieques vs. the mainland and there were no problems with WiFi at the hotel. Besides all the amenities the hotel is clean and smells so pretty. They have a beautiful set up in the room I stayed. We hope to return someday soon! "

"Very nice stay 1/26-1/31. The resort was not crowded at all so no waiting for anything. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Happy that they have running/walking trails and the aura pool was great to do laps. The food at breakfast was amazing. We got breakfast included and it was worth it. Roots and Palio restaurant were our favorite."

"Parking available right across the street in a private lot. Rooms are simple but comfortable and clean. They offer coffee and cereal/snacks in the morning which I didn’t expect but was appreciated. We went to Soleo for dinner and it was amazing. Beach is just a short walk and my husband loved the fishing there too. It’s a very quiet area. Views are breathtaking. We loved our stay here and would definitely return. "

"Fantastic views! Room needed some basic maintenance/repairs, but it was clean and spacious. No shampoo or hair dryer provided, so bring your own. Nice pool area. There is what looks to be a restaurant on sight, but it was not open during our stay. No lobby area, but nice decks are available to enjoy the views. "

"Where to begin about our stay, it was truly amazing. We chose the pay at the property option but a week or two the staff from the hotel contacted me to run our payment (which to made this so much more efficient) and offered to set up rental car or taxi transportation. Check in couldn’t have been any smoother. We get to our room and it’s even better than described or as pictured. It’s still under construction and there’s some areas you can tell that they are still working on it. The room was set up for our family of 5 and they had the extra essentials in the room for us when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was amazing, pool was clean and beautiful, and there are unlimited instagram worthy backdrops. Highly recommend going and can’t wait until our next stay. "
