"Hotel is charming and the staff are wonderful. We found all staff friendly and helpful. We asked to change our reservation dates, and they made the change with no penalty fee. When we arrived, they served us a complimentary beverage. During our stay, someone delivered freshly baked tarts to our room. After we checked out, I left an item in the room, and the hotel contacted me and couriered it to me. Amazing! The hotel is small and the rooms are compact, but everything is so well-designed and thought out, from the lobby area to the rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again. Thank you!"

"The staff here are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Many lovey touches. The suites are in a separate building but only a couple of mins walk and the staff will transfer all your luggage if you require. The suites are very spacious and everything you could require has been though of. A big thank you for the suprise birthday cake!"
