Just so you know, a third party company Evolve is involved, but a local person communicated very well. "Our stay was nothing short of amazing, upon entering you are greeted with the most beautiful water view. The house was spotless and well equipped with anything and everything your stay would require. The hosts were friendly, and very communicative, even came over and visited while we loaded up. "The home was beautifully appointed and everything felt fresh and new. Really well done. The only drawback was the heating/cooling system. When it was just warm downstairs it was piping hot upstairs, like windows all the way open in late November and still hot upstairs.
