There is a small grocery store and bakery below the hotel, but for restaurants you'll need to take a tram. That said, the Augsburg tram system is very easy to use, and it's not far into the city center. But the hotel itself is great. I would definitely stay again."

"Great place! Close and convenient! Only about 30 minutes from Munich. Nice balcony and wonderful breakfast! We were able to see Augsburg soccer game, Augsburg Panther game ( hockey), and the NENA concert! The hotel was right next door to the concert!! The front desk staff was excellent; they left me know were the closest laundromat was when I asked! Superb!"

"The hotel and room are nice, and located across the street from the shopping area. The bed was a bit too hard for my wife, but no problem for me. Parking is very limited, but a 24 hour parking garage is near by at a lesser rate than the hotel. "
