"Great Hotel, very clean friendly staff. Gemma bar lady was wonderful and looked after our family so well. Rooms have some failing, the shower mainly it was a little small, but the rooms are great. "Great stay on the very peaceful island of Burano that is a short water bus ride from Venice. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and eat in the Osteria Restaurant and order the five course entree. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. They accommodated as vegetarians. They make their own wine from grapes grown on the property and the meal was complimented with 4 wine pairings that were very unique. We return there every year for a night or two"

"Was welcomed by the lovely owners, abd their gorgeous dog. They were very helpful and friendly. The room was adequately equipped and the views from outside were simply stunning. We were made to feel very welcome, and we enjoyed a relaxing stay, only one night but wished for more. In my error, i didnt realise that the switch outside the bathroom, turned on the hot water, and stupidly thought the shower was cold.
