"Clean and comfortable. Nice view across the lawn and fields down to the head of the cove. Deer on the lawn every evening. Had pretty much everything we needed for making our own meals. Good places to explore nearby especially Jasper Beach and Roake Bluff State Park. "

"This is a great cabin located in a nice private setting, with the ocean literally feet from the door. We enjoyed our stay. It was so relaxing and we got to see the full Hunter Moon rising right over the ocean. The cabin was clean and cozy, and the kitchen had everything you could need. We enjoyed day trips to Bar Harbor/Acadia, Schoodic Peninsula, Lubec and Campobello Island. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat. "

"It was uncomfortably hot, too hot to sleep at night and there was a damp feel throughout the entire house. We noticed a musty smell and several areas of mold on drywall. Drywall tape was hanging loose and doors not closing properly, just too much dampness to be comfortable."

"Our waterfront house on Dyer bay was perfect. Just my wife and me. The downstairs is one open room and the bathroom. Beautiful woodwork throughout. The “dormer” bedroom upstairs had been completely redone. Again, beautiful woodwork. The view is open to the Dyer Bay. Also there is a nice area with a fire pit to the side of the house. "House is a small cottage on the water (stairs to get to the water). Wood floors creaked a little that just added to the charm Was worried about no a/c but opened the windows and the night air was amazing. Deer walking thru the yard, it was all just amazing. Well stocked, not that we needed much, extra blankets everything was just great. "

"We enjoyed the property. It was perfect for the two of us, clean, tidy and in a very nice location. The only improvements we would like to see would be a dishwasher and a king size bed, but washing a dish by hand for a week is fine and you can't complain to much about sleeping a little closer to your spouse."

"We rented this beautiful home for a girls trip. The property was very clean and spacious and we loved the screened porch dining area. The kitchen was well equipped with washer/dryer looked brand new. Coffee on the deck in the morning was lovely. It's very quiet and peaceful. We would rent again if we return to Maine. Property management was quick to respond if needed. So much better than a hotel!"
