"The front desk employees and the manager are the worst i ever seen. The rooms are bad and no hot water in the room to shower. Food is bad. They advertise that they have a shuttle but they don't send any one to pick you up from the airport. I had to pay money and take a taxi to the hotel where i stayed only 1 day. Wat a disgusting place and managers. I don't know how this hotel got 4 star!"
