"The address and the location on the map don't fit. Tried to find it with the map location, not existing. The telephone number was also wrong, we gave up. All telephone numbers are wrong, one is +254 which is not Ethiopia, the Ethiopian number is a private number which has nothing to do with the hotel. I never saw this hotel. I hope no money was booked from my credit card."

"I booked through expedia and they confirmed that they did not see any booking. I then booked physically on the 14th April and checked out on the 16th April 2018 due to the poor condition of the rooms. Therefore, I spent 2 nights and paid USD70 cash. I was not refunded my USD256 that I paid electronically through expedia. Therefore, Expedia must refund my money (usd256) that I did not utilize. I stayed in different hotel for the remaining day until 20 April 2019. I am really disappointed"
