"We are return customers. We opted for the family loft this stay. The room was clean enough but is definitely showing wear and tear beyond resort status. Water park was overcrowded—beyond expectations. Curious if that is related to them selling day passes now. Seems like they are on the cusp of turning in to Mount Olympus if they don’t start cleaning things up and limiting capacity. "

"Good vacation rental, I think the resort ended up putting us into a bigger condo which was super nice. If I wanted to be really picky it could have used a little more cleaning, couch was a bit dirty and stained and the floor could have been a little cleaner but overall acceptable. It’s nice to have all the things you need in the condo to cook a few meals. Larger trash cans would be easier so you don’t have to make several trips to the garbage area. Be prepared to walk to any of the attractions....
