"The lodge is at the base of a ski area with a gondola running to the top off season for restaurants and view. Walking path around property through the trees and across bridges was so beautiful in the fall. Our balcony view was also amazing"

"Easy and quick check in from friendly staff. Apres bar not open which was a shame but we found plenty of places to eat in area . Room clean but a bit hot and air con wasn’t the best . Overall a nice hotel and the reception / bar area decor was great and unique . "

"High up in the mountains, ideal for watching the leaves change colour. Good sized and clean rooms with fire pits for the cooler evenings. The onsite bar and grill was friendly and the food great. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating."

"Great resort for getaway, short walk to shopping and dining in Stowe, Vermont. Recently opened, new construction (some cabins still being finished). Breakfast buffet was great! Hot Tubs and Fire Pits in the common areas, hiking trail at the edge of the property. Would be good to add some lighting on the patio for evening use."

"The staff made checking in extremely easy. The staff were beyond pleasant, kind, and helpful! They accommodated our every need for a handicap room! The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay"

"We loved the bluebird! The outdoor backyard was beautiful! We went in the hot tub at night overlooking the river. I did a little yoga in the yoga room off of the pool while the kids swam. We hopped into the sauna for a bit too! The room we chose had two bunk beds which was fun for the kids. The neat style of the hotel was fun and unique. We loved the downstairs lounge- played games and relaxed there. We’d def return and also look for BlueBird hotels in other locations. It reminded us of IKEA. :) "
