However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. "We were on a day trip to Cherbourg so only stayed for one night but we can highly recommend the hotel for its location and the friendliness of its staff. Our family room had everything we needed, with three beds being provided as requested. We slept very well in the comfortable beds. The bathroom was large and clean. The location is perfect and we received some excellent recommendations of places to eat. Not related to the hotel but Cherbourg itself - we expected there to be more cafes/bars...
