"The noise from the traffic outside is considerable, even on the 6th floor. The windows are not double glazed and therefore the noise of trucks etc can be louder than a TV in the room. The “industrial” decor isn’t to everyone’s taste, but overall I found it comfortable. If you’re there for Day of the Dead, it is also close to the start of the parade (2024). "

"Grand Polanco Resort was a great choice for our trip - it was well located, had very comfortable beds, and lots of space for all of us. There's 24 hour security and the guards are very nice. Unfortunately, partway through the stay one of us became very ill, to the point of needing a doctor. The front staff was very helpful throughout the stay, and they arranged a doctor to come to the apartment which was greatly appreciated.
