There’s no conventional front desk, you go to another property a short walk away to register and get your key. The rooms were clean, and large. There is no lift so be aware that you’ll have to walk up narrow flights of stairs. We’re middle-aged and had no problems climbing to the top floor with our luggage. "I called ahead to let them know I was checking in late (8 PM) and when I did arrive I only had to wait about 3 minutes after speaking with someone through the intercom to be attended.
