The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

The property was well secured with Digital locks for the room and the main gate and changing those combinations after every guests check out The host was responsive at all the queries at all times! "Booked in advance for this stay during a visit to watch the Olympics. Arrived at the hotel 6pm on a Saturday evening, the opening weekend of Olympics. We had been travelling for over 16 hours with some travel delays. Greeted by host eventually who appeared from behind a tall secure closed gate to be told there were no rooms. "Travelling to and from metro to the property is not safe at night. there is a square where a few group people watching you when ever you pass that area. therefore we tried to come home before night and not travel at night. due to this I have to booked a night at van de Europa to watch the fire works at the Disneyland. it is cost extra for us when we are thought we can travel from our property.
