"Reservamos um quarto mais banheiro privativo e quando chegamos lá fomos recebidos por um rapaz sem camisa, descalço informando que não tinha mais o quarto que tínhamos reservado não estava mais disponível, muito menos o banheiro (privativo). Nos alocou num outro quarto compartilhado com mais duas pessoas totalmente diferente do que foi reservado. Pagamos por um serviço e recebemos por um bem inferior sem reembolso. "Hotel definitely not a 4 star not even a 3, barely a 2-star. Room was in poor condition, shower didn’t work well, walls all scratched up. Door was barely hanging on. Restaurant staff 2 male servers were only good thing, super friendly. Right off the beach but can’t go in water due to all the sharks. Close to shopping mall but that’s it."
