Plenty of amenities, dessert from the onsite patisserie, kaiseki dinners, live harp music in lobby, roasting marshmallows , great steep sound system in lobby. Nice service! The rooms are very nicely equipped, and while slightly small by US standards, they are very thoughtfully laid out. if I could find a room of similar size and layout in the states I'd book it in a heartbeat. The location is fine - about a 20 minute ride and $40 cab fare from New Chitose Airport, which is why I chose it - but there's not much accessible on foot, at least in the winter (there's farmers market right behind the hotel but I assume it's only open in the warmer seasons). "
