"This hotel is a little gem. Fidel was most hospitable and even went so far as to mail a beloved cost I had left behind. The rooms are so beautiful and charming. My sons and I drove from Calif to Austin for a concert, making stops in Ariz and NM on the way. This was by far our favorite place we stayed. It makes me want to redecorate my whole house. "

"I was born in Albuquerque and have traveled in NM a lot. This place and its gracious familia and the sacred land can give you the best sense of what (non-municipal) NM is about. The casita is charming and has the most well-equipped kitchen I've ever had when traveling. There are interesting things to do around Abiqui and it's a perfect place to just lay back in the desert silence and not have to talk to anyone! "

"The gentleman at check in was so helpful and kond, then the claaning staff kindly asked if we were checking out and helped us load our things! 5 stars all around! Clean pool, great breakfast layout, and the amenities were amazing, especially with smaller kids!"

"The casita was perfect for 2 couples with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The decor was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The area was peaceful and picturesque with the Chama River and mountains. Beautiful sunsets. We were able to visit Christ in the Desert Monastery, Ghost Ranch, Plaza Blanca, Puye cliff dwellings, Los Alamos and Santa Fe. Our favorite was Christ in the Desert Monastery with the Gregorian chant mass. We definitely hope to come back as there are many more places to explore. Tami and Jeff are wonderful hosts (responsive and friendly) and allowed us to view Jeff's trophy room which was very impressive. We also loved Lola, their dog. Fantastic!"
