It is just perfect and suits all our family needs such as the open plan kitchen/ tv area or separate front living room with tv. It is also well heated during those cold spells. The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach.
