"False advertising about parking, there is no onsite parking which is the main reason I choose this hotel. I had to park on the street which is £5/hour or park on the other side of the city. When I asked about the parking I was given a pre-made parking sheet to tell me what to search on google. I didn’t like this false advertising and found it very disappointing "

Excellent hotel with amazing staff

"Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff . From the moment we arrived until we left fantastic service . We were given a lovely room with the view of the castle. The club Lounge is fantastic with amazing staff who could not do enough . I will come back "

"Lovely hotel that is ideally situated in a lovely square with cafes and restaurants within easy reach of the main town. Good facilities and it is worth having a castle view room. Good choice at breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and hot choices. Staff are friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for my 60th Birthday stay especially Alistair on Reception. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if visiting Edinburgh. "
