"A wonderful house to stay in for a larger group. The property is lovely, everything provided was of a great standard. Location was quiet but the property was very easy to find. Check in process was easy and communication with the host was good. The hot tub was also a great addition to the stay! Would highly recommend"

"We had a lovely stay in the River House in Little Dunkeld. The house was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. It is situated close the the famous Birnham Oak tree with lovely river walks right on the doorstep. We would happily recommend the house and area as an ideal spot for a getaway. Thank you."

"Such an amazing property, don't think the listing does it justice! We had 11 friends and a dog together for the weekend and the house was just fantastic. So much room inside with everything very well equipped. The outside space was amazing, a group sports day was hosted outside and the hot tub was thoroughly used. We will definitely be back!"

"I can’t put into words how stunning this place is! The host had the place all decorated for Christmas since we were there for the festivities which was great as we had a little one with us. The house is very spacious and was spotless! Only bit of feedback I have is that the kitchen utensils could be doing with an update.
