"Lovely staff, greated very warmly and goven lots of helpful information. The coffee machine was free to use and made lovely espressos. Was also free water in a fridge which was lovely to have. Our room was very clean. Bed a bit hard but no big deal. Had a huge bath that myself and wife could both go in. Gorgeous soaps/shower gel to use. Water pressure wasnt great to fill tub or for shower which would be only minor complaint. Would gladly go back."

"Nice room size. Very good closet/drawer spaces. Could unload from suitcases. Room for luggage also storage on site for oversized luggage/ski bags. Super slow internet/TV took forever to load- called maintenance but he’s like yes “all slow” too bad. Need more English speaking channels! Nice restaurants/room service. Very prompt and efficient. "

"Hotel Brunelleschi is a well-located, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The room and beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The check-in staff and bellhop were friendly and helpful. The hotel is two blocks from the Duomo and an easy walking distance from other tourist attractions and good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. "
