"The property was incredibly quiet, which made for restful nights. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas. Excellent breakfast. The location is 5min walking to train and bus station. The staff at reception were especially friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Good beach (stones) and lovely pool. Gems included the pizza restaurant which was by far the best one. Nice area but need a car if you want to go further. Very enjoyable"

"Our hostess was gracious and ready for us, meeting us outside as we arrived. In her limited English, she was attentive and friendly. The facility has seen better days and needs maintenance. Everything was clean and tidy, but like the light fixtures that needed new bulbs, the place was in need of small repairs. "

"Comfortable beds with air con. Room was very clean. The hotel is a little dated and could do with some decor updating. The bathroom had a shower head over a very narrow bath which was quite difficult for access for one of our family. We booked one family room. We were given 2 adjoining rooms, with one single and one triple room which was quite isolating for our family. "The view on sea was unique! We were gifted by Stefania, so she gave us a seaview room. The room is very clean and everything is ok but a refurbishment could be an option. Breakfast is ok, staff is lovely, it is clean and the place is wonderful!"

"Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."

Tranquil Escape with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality!

"Our group of friends stayed at a beautiful house near Gualdo, perfect for both relaxing and working. The house was very well-kept, thanks to the owner and the host, who was always ready to help, answer questions, and restock items if needed. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner made in the fully stocked kitchen, then dined outside on the patio with a stunning view of the hills in Le Marche. The house is just 6 minutes from a market, and nearby, Scarlett’s Bar at the gas station was a fun spot for lunch, espresso, and even dance parties. This place is a real gem for anyone wanting to escape busy life. The hills and driveway are steep, which is common in this part of Italy. With five of us working online, we found good spots for Wi-Fi, and it worked well. The host, Michele, and his mother were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent care and making us feel like we were in a 5-star home. We can’t wait to come back! "

"This little hotel is a gem! Nicely renovated with a modern Italian touch, it's right by the beach and you can have a view of the Adriatic Sea from your room if you'd like. I highly recommend it! Breakfast was delicious and the staff is very courteous and happy! Would go back in a heartbeat."
