Walk to Our Lady’s Cassa Cathedral.
Very nice hotel. Clean. Friendly. Walking distance to the Loretto Cathedral. GREAT breakfast. Had gluten free options for family member with celiac. No GI issues!

Gorgeous Property Would Stay Here Again!
Plenty of parking, great breakfast, amazing staff, and convenient to all we wanted to do! The rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the Adriatic and surrounding countryside. An overall lovely stay!

What aircon?
Good location and excellent breakfast. Front desk was great - very friendly and helpful. Aircon was broken in room and had to get a fan. WiFi was rubbish. Slightly dated hotel.

Had a great stay at Hotel San Francesco. The concierge staff are very pleasant & helpful. Room is big and clean. Location is great. Free internet but unfortunately , connection was down during our stay.

The welcome desk was very nice but not the people at the breakfast room. Poor coffee , not possible to ask for a second cup. The A/C at the room is blocked every time we leave the room and we had to come back to the main desk asking to unblock the system. The hotel smell very bad. Location is far from the Basilica. Overall is not recommended.

The staff were super friendly and nice. Spoke English very well. Unfortunately we were told that there is no air conditioning every other week due to some local law. So, we did not have air conditioning. Property was a bit old too.

Vad har jag råkat boka…
Hotellet ligger relativt nära sevärdheter vilket är bra. Mycket trevlig personal. Väldigt rent i rummen. Rent generellt var hotellet i dåligt skick med flagnande väggar och mycket smutsiga mattor i korridoren vilket gav ett ogästvänligt intryck. Vi besökte hotellet off-säsong och det kändes som att första natten var vi de enda gästerna på det stora hotellet. När vi kom fram kändes det som att komma fram till ett spökhotell. Personalen gjorde dock allt de kunde utifrån förutsättningarna . Frukosten var nog bra utifrån italienska mått mätt men för gäster som önskar äta annat än kakor var det torftigt. Allt som allt en upplevelse vi kommer att komma ihåg men vi lär inte vilja besöka hotellet igen. Men allt eloge till personalen som ändå gjorde sitt bästa. Utsikten från vårt rum var dock helt fantastisk mot basilikan.

Modernes gut ausgestattetes Hotel.
Wir waren eine Nacht im Hotel. Unser Zimmer 310 gab einen schönen Blick auf die Altstadt und die Basilika. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Leider haben wir die Nacht im Hotel nicht in guter Erinnerung, da das Zimmer durch einen klimatischen Kälteeinbruch extrem kalt war und es nur dünne Decken gab. Auf unsere Anfrage wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Heizung erst Ende Oktober eingeschaltet wird. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war schmackhaft. WiFi funktionierte tadellos. Es stehen freie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Zu Fuss gelangt man in 20 - 30 Minuten zur Basilika, doch der Weg ist steil und mühsam.
