"We stayed here for 2 nights and were very happy with the facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful and it is close to the Guggenheim museum and a nice park. There are a variety of cafe’s and bars close by and it is a straight walk to the old town which takes about 20 mins. The hotel has a rooftop pool and a very comfortable bar lounge. Would definitely use again. "

"Nice, modern hotel in the city centre (but on a quiet street). Friendly staff and quick check in. Had a suite for three people - it was large and offered a central TV wall to offer a degree of privacy for the comfortable sofa bed. Quite minimalistic (all white) but this gave a clean fresh feel. Breakfast was reasonable - also free coffee in reception throughout day. Easy walking to all main sights in Bilbao and in the heart of the shops. "

"The hotel's proximity to both the old town and the Guggenheim museum makes it the ideal location. When it came to checking in and out, the staff was all welcoming and accommodating. Our room was neatly maintained, quite large, and had a very comfortable bed. However, because the shower's drainage was a little plugged, we had a minor issue. Even with this minor issue though, we had a pleasant stay."

"As much as possible, stay away from rooms fronting Calle Rodriguez Arias as youth gangs congregate there starting at 11pm and staying till 6am. They get so loud with all their shouting and loud talking that it will ruin your sleep. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay."
