"TL;DR: Fantastic family-friendly resort with great service. The resort was a fantastic experience, especially for our family with pre-teen children. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the kids were thrilled with the bunk beds in a separate room — a thoughtful touch for families! The atmosphere around the pool was lively and fun. The poolside events were a huge hit with both the kids and adults — lots of energy and entertainment throughout the day. Although we didn't utilize the kids club, a family we met spoke highly about the service. One of the highlights was dining at Madame So — the food there is absolutely a must-try. The quality and flavors exceeded our expectations. Another big plus is the resort's central location, which made it very convenient for all the island-hopping trips and day excursions."

"Beautiful views from our room 109. Friendly staffs, pool was awesome, only draw back was,upon arrival, had hard time getting a portar to bring our luggage to our room. The floors in the rooms were not clean. The rest was good. We would definitely come again. Also the phone in rooms didn't work at all. If u need anything, u need to go to the front desk. "

Only criticism & it’s very small pool toilets could do with an upgrade but there are other toilets near by which are spotless."
