"Just dirty water on beach and ocean water very dirty. Hotel was ok but surroundings not too pleasant. "

"Staff were super lovely and friendly however I stayed in the female dorms and, while I didn’t mind, the male staff would often come into the room unannounced which could be quite shocking and somewhat nulls the female only experience in the dorm. "

"Overall, we had a good time. The staff weee very welcoming and nice and the food was above expectations. However a couple items to be aware if you stay here: We chose the all inclusive option but it’s not a true all inclusive resort. Food and drink are only covered during “meal hours” which exclude 2-6 pm. Their system to track all inclusive guests is also faulty as they rely on paper receipts to tally up drinks that don’t have time stamps. So at checkout I was surprised with large charges...

"The Nakelo Resort was absolutely fantastic and surprised us with so many things to do. From going on a daily boat trip to feed the fish and snorkel, to daily activities like cocktail making and feeding turtles to mini golf and tepanyaki it was the perfect place to stay with little ones.
