"This was my absolute favourite stay in Bali. Bambootel is a luxurious, boutique, serene and romantic experience. They truly take care of you from start to finish, and they care about making your experience the best it can possibly be. They learn your names and make you feel like a VIP the whole time. We did the private movie and supper night, Balinese massages, and floating breakfast in our villa. All three were the epitome of extraordinary and special. I would highly recommend all three! Our villa was spotless and we were so pleased with the cleanliness. The restaurant had amazing cocktails and fantastic food. The resort feels extremely safe and like you are in a small little community away from the business of the world. Highly recommend this stay. Can't wait to come back someday!"

"Beautiful views and lovely hotel with individual or joint rooms directly on the beach. Good food and excellent service. Overall quiet although there was a little noise from traffic. Unfortunately, the beaches are littered with broken coral and lots of boats are moored to the beach (meaning ropes to step over while walking). You can snorkel in front and see a few little fish but there is strong current and unless you swim out to the reef edge (which I did not), the corals are mostly dead."

"We stayed here one night, to catch fast ferry in morning. I was pleasantly surprised with this hidden gem. Doesn’t look like much for the street but once you walk inside I was impressed. Their pools were beautiful. Great location to catch morning fast ferry only one mo tie walk! "

"The best hotel we stayed in our whole trip. Family run hotel with amazing service even with a little language barrier. In a friendly little village. Amazing veiws from the rooms and they were big and spacious. Could not recommend staying here anymore if I ever return to Bali will definitely be staying here again !! Just be aware it’s about 20 minutes to the main town of ubud but you will find this with most hotels, they offer a taxi service however which is super cheap"

"Loved the staff, absolutely amazing. Great location if you are a scuba diver and want to chill after you have finished diving. Diving staff are inhouse and are brilliant. Hotel also arranged a trip for us and it was really good, great driver and vehicle, had a great time."
