Room was clean and fairly comfortable, but air conditioning didn't work and window opened onto noisy main road with drunk people shouting late into the night. No room key - you have to use a six digit code every time you access the room. I booked three nights and paid extra for breakfast, but was told on my first morning that breakfast was not available any more - no explanation, no apology and staff didn't know how to process a refund. No answer on why I wasn't told this on checking in. Eventually got a refund of the cost of breakfast after more than two weeks and several messages, but still no explanation or apology, or compensation for inconvenience. OK hotel but absolutely no concept of customer service.

Leider diesmal sehr enttäuscht.
Das Hotelzimmer war klein, aber gut und sauber. Einzige große Enttäuschung war das Frühstück. Leider hat sich das Hotel so sehr verkalkuliert, so dass ab 9.15 Uhr nichts mehr da war und viele Gäste ohne Frühstück das Hotel verlassen mussten, so wie auch wir. Reklamation erfolgte nachdem wir aus der Stadt vom Frühstück zurück waren und hoffe, das ich mein Geld zurück bekomme. Ansonsten werden wir wohl nicht mehr in irgendein B&B übernachten.

Accueil ok. En revanche, une odeur prenante de tabac froid était présente dans la chambre alors que celle-ci était non-fumeur. De plus, la chambre donnait sur une avenue très passante et bruyante, ce qui nous empêchait d'aérer pendant la nuit. État de propreté moyen.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr gute Betten, zweckmäßige Einrichtung, Zimmer nach hinten raus sind trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig, Fenster sind zu öffnen, Bad ist ok/zweckmäßig, Fahrstuhl und Tiefgarage wirken etwas "angestaubt". Was nicht schön war: Zimmerservice kommt trotz "Bitte-nicht-stören"-Schild 2x (!) vor Check-out-Time ins Zimmer und will saubermachen :-(

Gerne wieder
Schönes Hotel in praktischer Lage. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber. Mein Zimmer war zum Innenhof hin und deswegen schön leise. Freunde hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin, da war es leider laut nachts. Also vielleicht bei der Reservierung darauf achten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist halt B&B Standard 😉 Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen

Öffnungszeiten Rezeption stimmen nicht überein.
bei Hotels stand, dass die Rezeption bis 24.00 Uhr offen ist, im Hotel dann nur bis 23.00 Uhr. Der Check-in-Automat war defekt, was anscheinend normal ist, über die Notfall-Telefon-Nr. hat sich dann jemand bequemt. Schade, ansonsten ganz gut.

Hotellet fejler ikke noget, og har fine værelser. Dog oplevede vi at strømmen på vores værelse ikke virkede, så vi kunne ikke lade telefon eller se fjernsyn. Efter vi gjorde dem opmærksomme på det ville de fikse det, men da vi kom hjem efter en hel dag virkede det stadig ikke. Vi fik tildelt et nyt værelse, her virkede strømmen, men fjernsynet virkede stadig ikke.

Climatisation en panne dans toutes les chambres, donc très chaud , obligation d’ouvrir la fenêtre sur une rue bruyante donc impossible de dormir ! Un ascenseur très petit sur deux en panne. Le personnel par contre très sympa ! Désolée mais à fuir .

Absolut ausreichend für einen Kurztrip nach Aachen. Die Klimaanlage war etwas schwach. Ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Hof ist empfehlenswert.

Das Zimmer war eindeutig zu klein, kaum Bewegungsfreiheit. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das renovierte Badezimmer. Das Hotelviertel ist sehr schmutzig, Straßenmüll, Drogenabhängige, etc.
