"The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. The area was ok but not much around. The shower door didn’t cover the gap so the floor got wet. The restaurant was nice enough. Beautiful golf course and pool looked lovely. Was a bit chilly while we were there so didn’t swim. Great facilities eg spa "

"The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "

"One thing was very bed was the way to get the hotel. I had very bad time getting to this hotel and Uber as well. Also, some rooms have no USB. Be sure to bring your plug. "

"The staff was amazing. Front desk took such care of me. Allowed late check out one night I was so exhausted, and they juggled to make it happen. Just the best! Awesome rooms. Loved the do not disturb switch and motion activated eco-friendly hallway lights. Food and drink were wonderful! Spa was so healing. Spa staff so nice and generous, especially Ramy. Just a great experience!"
