It is an " on demand " hotel as the staff put it so if you want water or kettle you have to request them and go and get them from reception. "Villa Florentine was fabulous!! The location is amazing, the views over Lyon are lovely and the location is perfect. We were greeted by very friendly staff with welcome drinks and pastries and then a 30 minute history lesson and chat with the manager Emmanuel. It really made us feel welcome and was wonderful. Our room was also upgraded which we appreciated. Staying at Villa Florentine was an experience we will remember and we would certainly go back and recommend this Relais et Chateau hotel. "
