"Had an amazing 5 night stay at the hotel. The interior is beautiful and clean. Our stay coincided with my girlfriend's 30th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make the day special for her. The spa facilities are also great and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. The hotel is in an ideal location and great for shopping and proximity to restaurants. I can't recommend the hotel enough 10/10. "

"Great location within walking distance to all major sites in Lyon. Fabulous exterior. Very nice lobby and restaurant on site, with great ambiance. An excellent spa, with very attentive staff. Room service works like clockwork, better and more reliable than you'd find in any hotel. Rooms are rather basic, however; bathrooms are clean and modern, but the rest of the room feels dated and cheaply made (old carpets, cheap desks, worn out lamps, etc). One of my TVs did not work. And the gym is tiny...

"Positive: Despite the central location, the hotel is very quiet. Amazing to sleep. I found the beds very comfortable and the room was also big enough. I didn’t try the breakfast so I cannot say anything about it. The staff was also very nice. What I didn’t like was: I was confused about the room service. "Small room, old and a bit worn, but comfortable, clean, and sufficient. Location is good for shops and restaurants. "
